Payments and Deposits
Payments are accepted by credit card,
debit card, cheque or cash.

A 2.5 % handling fee is applied to
the total amount for all credit card transactions.
Cheques should be made payable to ’Shropshire
building skills’ and sent no later than 3 weeks prior
to the course start date and must be for the full amount.
Sorry cheques cannot be accepted on the
first morning of the course start date as this needs to be
cleared funds before training commences.
No bookings are guaranteed until deposit
payments are received.
Once a deposit has been paid Shropshire
Building Skills guarantee’s to exclusively hold the
placement for the candidate. All remaining fees can either
be paid 1 week prior to course start date by credit or debit
card or 3 weeks prior to course start date by cheque.
Remaining fees can also be paid on the
first morning of the course start date by cash only as this
needs to be cleared funds due to any unforeseen circumstances
with card transactions before training commences.
Refunds
If a candidate wishes to change the course start date with
more than 2 weeks notice a £15 administration charge
will be applied and an alternative date will be given.
If a candidate wishes to change the course
start date with less than 2 weeks notice then all deposits
paid will be non re-fundable.
If a candidate wishes to cancel a course
with more than 2 weeks notice then the deposit paid minus
a £45.00 administration charge shall be re-funded back.
If a candidate wishes to cancel a course
with less than 2 weeks notice then the deposit paid is non
re-fundable.
Cancellation charges unfortunately have
to be enforced as costs occur for administration charges when
we exclusively hold training placements for candidates which
we cannot then promote.
Terms & Conditions
We reserves the right to refuse any application.
We reserve the right to terminate a course placement if necessary.
We reserve the right to alter booking arrangements if necessary.
We request all candidates use the health & safety equipment
provided.
Each student is responsible for their own health & safety
which must be adhered to
